1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. However, we will gladly accept returns if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery

Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds
