1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. However, we will gladly accept returns if:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 3 days of delivery

Photos of the product and packaging

Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if required), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
